Gender Quota & Elections Trainer

I.   Trainer’s Objective:

Fiftyfifty is commissioning a gender quota and elections trainer to conduct a training on the following:

1.      A brief historical view on gender laws in Lebanon until present.

2.      International case studies of implementing gender quota and its benefits.

3.      Why is it important to have a gender quota in elections? How can this be achieved in

          Lebanon? 

4.       Lebanese electoral law 

II. Deliverables for the training:

• Power point presentation and materials (statistics)
• Pre-and post-questionnaires
• Evaluation questionnaire

III. Terms:
This request for bids is open to companies and individuals who can demonstrate relevant experience and who can complete the training and coaching sessions.
