Marketing and PR Manager

To manage the Marketing, PR department and develop innovative strategies that respond to Vitas' business needs.

Strategic Planning:

  • Developing marketing & PR strategies that respond to the institution’s business needs and objectives 
  • Developing the marketing & PR department policies & procedures and manuals 
  • Set Marketing & PR yearly budgets, calendars and manage KPIs
  • Contribute to increasing client retention rates and maintaining high portfolio quality based on the institution’s strategic projections
  • Define strategic partnesrhips that serves the growth of the institution

Branding:

  • Building the brand’s architecture and identity guidelines
  • Promoting the brand image and values and create awareness 
  • Ensuring proper branding implementation of all communication material, internally and externally Designing the look and feel of all customers’ touch points (branches, P.O.S) 
  • Representing the institution in global conferences and present its achievements

Social Media:

  • Defining, creating and managing web and social media content, achieving high engagement rate
  • Implement  Digital marketing trends 

Research and customer centricity:

  • Establishing the market research & customer centricity unit and developed its manual and tools.
  • Conducting in-depth market research and analyzing industry trends to identify market needs and business development opportunities.
  • Translating Research findings into business solutions and achieving customer satisfaction:

o Designing new products based on target segment needs and improve existing ones
o Expanding outreach, tapping new areas opening new branches
o Creating new repayment channels 

PR & CSR:

  • Establishing contact with key government, community and media figures and guaranteeing media exposure
  • Maintaining solid relation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing yearly calendar of community events that forms the CSR strategy

Management & Leadership:

  • Managing and mentoring the marketing & PR team, providing daily support and guidance
  • Developing training material and conducting trainings to the teams on marketing, PR and customer service
  • Coaching team members on career path and efficiency and productivity skills
  • Implemeting Digitization strategy to the institutions products and services
  • Applying gender equality initiatives to the business plan
