Scope of work:

The consultancy’s main objective is to develop several modules pertaining respectively to the objectives listed below:
● Data Management
● Linguistic Data
● E-COMMERCE
● Customer Support
● Claims Management
● E-Archiving and Indexing Services
● Market Research
● AI Training Data
● Office Support

Delivery should be phased as per the below:

  • Drafting the Learning Paths Outlines​ and Objective​s                            : May 11, 2020
  • Mapping Open Educational Resources and available online resources    : June 30, 2020

  • Building Learning Paths draft                                                                       : July 31, 2020

  • Building Assessments draft                                                                          : August 31, 2020

  • Pilot and Deliver Final Learning Paths                                                         : September 1, 2020

This consultant should lead the development of the methodology and materials needed for all the modules.The consultant would need to combine the following expected, profile and experience:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience with humanitarian and/or development projects
- Has previously worked on at least one training of trainer’s project
- Has worked on at least 2 or more educational projects such as curriculum revision and creation, teaching methods research and training
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Access to digital skills academies or relevant internal talent
