Scope of work

Online Training and Workshops 

1. 1. 1. Conduct introductory meeting with entrepreneurs to better understand the general scope of the trainees and their business
      2. Develop training material or update them in a manner that will cover any missing topics, eliminate outdated principles or those considered irrelevant, and connect those with business-cases and exercises
      3. Prepare advanced skills and tools (presentations, story-telling, discussions, triggering-questions, creative-thinking, and problem-solving) to uplift the approach the trainees have towards business-management.
      4. Conduct training on business idea development and viability 
      5. Conduct learning sessions on business model canvas
      6. Conduct online activities for participants to fill the business model canvas
      7. Emphasize on Product/Service development in the business model canvas
      8. Conduct training on startups financials
      9. Conduct investor pitching training
      10. Prepare advanced skills and tools (presentations, story-telling, discussions, triggering-questions, creative-thinking, and problem-solving) to uplift the approach the trainees have towards business-management.

1. Initiate online coaching program and develop startup growth plan and implementation action plan for startups. 
2. Training on startup team formation
3. Support the startups in forming their teams
4. Support the participants in accessing seed funds opportunities (MFIs, startups competitions…)
