Community Mobilizer

Duties and Responsibilities

• A major key aspect through outreach proses as being :
  1. Lebrelief’s guides key through the whole targeted area
  2. Sure to reach the targeted number of audience on a daily basis   (this requires an intellectual planning)

• Support the social worker through :

1. Helping with the attendance sheet
2. Reaching out through phone calls or visiting homes of the right holders
3. Other related tasks ( events preparations, visits, data entry)

• Act a mentor to the community under providing :

1. Induction sessions ( the project title, by whom , purpose, main objective, vision view )
2. Awareness session regarding clothes donation and the importance of this major action.

• Contact and group out a number of right holders to provide them with key messages  
• Follow-up  with the social worker or  other related officers/managers
• Report on daily basis that includes brief and  adequate information
•  Willing to participated= in other tasks related to Lebrlief's program ( trainings , events,…)

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or any Technical diploma, any other experiences related to the relevant responsibilities
• Work Experience:

1.  A must  of  having an experience working with collecting/sorting/distributing  clothes
2. Participated in any activity related to cloth collecting and distributing   

• Fluent in speaking and writing both Arabic and English Language is plus.
• Demonstrating understandable report on a daily bases.
• Be an influencer (positive role model).
• Flexible, adaptable, and handle stress.
•  Understands the work with  cross-cultural setting
