Outreach/Trainer & Admin. Officer

The Outreach/Trainer & Admin. officer will support the outreach and participation of youth & parents/caregivers, as well as the implementation of Life Skills trainings and PSS activities in terms of management, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.  The work will be in Wadi El Zeini area, preference will be given to persons who live there.

Duties:

• Support life-skills trainings as well as awareness raising sessions to youth on interpersonal skills and psycho-social support issues.
• Reaches out to youth across Lebanon and encourages them to participate in program activities. 
• Facilitates or supports project related trainings/workshops for staff and volunteers.
• Provides technical support on Gender Based Violence, Child Protection, and Psychosocial Support to AL-JANA’s project officers and project field teams as well as to partners’ teams.
• Supports project internal monitoring and evaluation.
• Participates in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at field level and provides regular feedback.
• Supports correspondence with donors and partners, in cooperation with the Programmes Coordinator.
• Prepares monthly reports. 
• Supports all Psycho-social Support Program Components in terms of management, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Represents ARCPA in related events.
• Performs other job-related tasks as requested by supervisor.
