MERA Team Leader for Measles Immunization Campaign (2 Vacancies)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Organize and supervise the training of the teams
  2. Organize and supervise the training of the supervisors.
  3. Review the records of the supervisors and the teams on the system.
  4. Receive and document the Tablets from UNICEF and manage the distribution to the Qada offices, teams and supervisors.
  5. Supervise the tablets configuration and app installation.
  6. Collect the tablets from the qada offices and the teams.
  7. Daily review and follow-up with the IT team on the implementation of the daily work of the supervisors and the teams
  8. Review the MERA implementation status of the dispensaries and follow-up with the IT team to implement the app.
  9. Design and implementation and review of the dashboards.
  10. Collect the feedback from the field.
  11. Send daily report to the project manager.
  12. Test the system updates sent by the developer.
  13. Prepare reports and statistics.
  14. Prepare the final
  15. Any other tasks requested by the IT Manager

 

EDUCATION

First level university degree in computer science or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • The Team leader must have 2+ years’ experience with: Supervising teams, training on similar systems, Supporting similar systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Have good communication skills
