DUTIES:
- Conduct Homework Support Groups (HSGs) on a daily basis
- Monitor the attendance of the children on a daily basis and inform the Center Supervisor about any absenteeism
- Support the Social Workers in implementing the Psychological Support Sessions (PSS) on a daily basis
- Identify and refer cases of children who are identified to have any protection risks
- Monitor and report any incident that happens inside the classroom
- Deliver instruction based on individual needs
- Attend the staff meetings and any other meetings requested by the Centers Supervisors
- Attend trainings requested by the Center Supervisors
- Encourage creativity and social interaction with children
- Develop lessons plans
- Organize recreational activities for the students
- Assist the Centers Supervisors in collecting midterms and final certificates
- Assist Centers Supervisors in reporting
- Manage classroom and refreshment distribution for children
- Communicate and interact with parents, teachers, and students when needed
