The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for leading the outreach field teams and overseeing, with a protection lense, the outreach field activities that are part of the Emergency Response implemented in Beirut, including reaching out to the potential beneficiaries living in the area, promoting NRC activities, liaising with other stakeholders operating in the targeted neighbourhoods and supporting community-led initiatives geared towards the rehabilitation of the area, manage emergency cash for protection activities and oversee internal and external referrals. The Outreach coordinator is the most senior community engagement position within the emergency response team and will significantly influence acceptance and trust with the community.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a similar/related field
Experience from working as a mid-seniority protection staff
Strong management experience
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
