Outreach officer - Data entry – Full Time

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Contact and select the targeted participants.
2. Conduct socioeconomic surveys of the participants.
3. Register the eligible participants and enroll them within the project framework
4. Fill the daily time sheets and attendance sheets of the participants.
5. Prepare and fill the payment list, service list, electronic attendance list and a monthly report
6. Conduct in the field visits for data collection when needed.
7. Coordinate with local stakeholders.
8. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
9. Assist in the training organization and logistics.

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture Engineer, Environment, Data management, communication or other related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to deliver on time.
• Proficiency in Arabic, and English  
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and leadership skills
