Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To implement the Cash/Voucher Transfer Project in ADRA for the Beirut Port Blast 
• To ensure that the project is implemented as per approved project design, log frame, budget, and plan of action.
• Ensuring staffs have a full commitment to set out duties for successful implementation as per schedule with quality reporting and correct documentation.
• Ensure effective mainstreaming Protection mainstreaming in project design, implementation, and evaluation;
• Develop SOPSs and tools for core sectors to mainstream beneficiary participation approaches throughout ADRA’s programs
• Prepare monthly progress reports – or as needed, and other reports that may be required by stakeholders
• Manage Project Activities budget and oversee finances related to activities 
• Provide direction and leadership in advocating project objectives and in ensuring that all interested parties are well informed about the project activities and goals.
• Maintain project transparency and accountability within project team and with donors
• Lead the development of work plans, workshops and periodical work sessions and meetings for the project team and hold orientation seminar for team members from the project and Protection sector to clarify the project's objective and methodology
• Assist in development of the gender mainstreaming strategy and ensure the mainstreaming of gender into all project activities.
• Must ensure establishment and maintenance of proper electronic and paper filing systems – including beneficiary information and referrals.
• Develop new project proposals, building on lessons learned, needs assessments, and coordination with key stakeholders
• Represent ADRA in sector meetings, working groups and external relations
• The Project Manager will report directly to the Program Coordinator
