Dorcas is looking for a female interviewer to conduct impact interviews to celebrate Dorcas’ 40th anniversary by capturing our impact over this period. We would like to conduct 5-6 interviews in Lebanon with people who have experienced a significant impact on their lives and communities. The interviewees will be people who are/have been a (former) and part of the target group of one of our programs or who are community change agents, such as pastors and teachers. It will take a total of 5-6 days for preparation, conducting and processing the interviews, and participating in the sense-making workshop(s). The interviewer will be accompanied by a note-taker from Dorcas who will provide support.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct interviews with beneficiaries
- Attend the required workshop(s)
Requirements:
- The interviewer is expected to have experience working and dealing with children/women/families, who are considered vulnerable
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
