Daily Worker - WFP

Main tasks

I   -     Being trained on the  message to be delivered and the tool  to be used.

2-     Conduct phone/Assessment calls based  on WVL and WFP  criteria.

3-     Insure  high quality  of data  management.

4-     Report any observations to the  team  Lead.

5-     Support in other tasks  as requested by the  suppervisorr.

6-    Conduct house visits to conduct field assessments.

7-     Ensure  high quality of data.

8-     Report and observations or insidents  dirrectly to suppervisor.

9-     Support in the  field distributions.

10-   Support in other tasks  as requested by the suppervisor.

Qualifications  required 

•      Technical  Diploma  in social  work, teaching, child development or  other related field

•      Good knowledge of CP and GBV case  management  principles

•      Excellent  communication and  psychosocial first  aid skills

•      Excellent  facilitation  skills

•     Ability to work flexible  working hours

Essential experience:

•      experience providing  coaching, training  and  mentoring on  PSS activities  with children  and caregivers
