The Livelihoods Officer will support the technical implementation of the project through ensuring that the project activities are done within the time frame. Organize and manage the distribution of tasks to targeted beneficiaries.
Within the context of a longer term strategy to livelihood support and vulnerability reduction, Participate to the production of technical support materials and guide program teams on the delivery of mechanisms that will ensure effective implementation of livelihoods interventions as well as early recovery.
Manage and lead outreach for the SMEs in Beirut area.
Support the project manager in all tasks including follow up & supervision.
Provide close supervision and monitoring to the implementation of livelihood project related activities in the field.
Support & lead in conducting market assessments or cash feasibility assessment in the targeted communities.
Conduct field visits to project sites and meet with community leaders to select specific vulnerable locations for targeting and ensure a conducive community mobilization system.
Organize and support in distributions considering safety and dignity of beneficiaries
Coordinate with procurement and finance on grant disbursement also to follow on procurement schedule and ensure smooth and effective process.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in livelihoods, social protection or youth economic empowerment programming, including in humanitarian or refugee settings.
