Administrative Assistant - Sinn El Fil

Position Objective:

The Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Organization office, and supports the work of management and other staff.

Duties:

  • Answer general phone inquiries
  • Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff member
  • Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
  • Sort incoming mails and deliveries for distribution
  • Prepare and send outgoing mails and packages
  • Follow-up all payments through Dynamics related to Social program and ensure proper settlement
  • Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff member
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff (filing, scanning, CRM, writing mails, Reports, etc…)
  • Help the management preparing for any event or conference etc…)
  • Reply to the requests of the project coordinators on Dynamics
  • Scan and archive all the supporting documents of the Centers

  • Ability to prioritize tasks by assessing situations to determine urgency

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft office - All Applications
  • Good Typing skills in Arabic, French and English

Experience:

1-2 years in relevant secretarial or administrative assistant position
