Call for Supplier’s registration ; Pre-qualification and Tender for Framework contracts for Handicap International “Humanity & Inclusion for the year of 2020 – 2021.

Federation Handicap International “Humanity & Inclusion”, hereafter called the Contracting Authority herein after referred as “HI”, founded in July 19 1982. HI is a non-profit organization governed by the French law on associations of July 01, 1901, is specialized in the field of disability.

HI is an independent and impartial aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. We work alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, taking action and bearing witness in order to respond to their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

HI is working in Lebanon since few years with both development and emergency activities in order to answer to the needs of vulnerable populations.
HI Lebanon mission invites interested companies, suppliers, vendors, dealers, distributors, contractors, service providers and consultants etc. based in Beirut, Zahle ,Baalbek, Batroun and Tripoli with an objective to identify the potential parties for registration and pre-qualification in the areas listed below. Only pre-qualified / shortlisted parties will be considered for the bidding solicitation for the year 2020 – 2021.

How to Apply

Pre-qualification documents are free of charge and can be obtained by requesting them either through sending a request email at: tenders@lebanon.hi.org and by downloading them from the website : http://www.daleel-madani.org/ in the attachement related documents  as below:

  1. Pre qualification of supplier 2020-2021 (details ,list of market)
  2. Supplier registration Form & General Terms and Conditions (to be fill ; read,accept ,sign and stamp)
  3. Anti-fraud, bribery, and corruption policy (read,accept ,sign and stamp)
  4. Code of conduct (read,accept ,sign and stamp)
  5. protection of children and beneficiaries against sexual abuse (read,accept ,sign and stamp)

 

The prequalification documents must be received in a sealed envelope no later than December 24, 2020 COB clearly labeled “market description and market reference number for each category” to the addresses listed below:

Bidding documents will not be entertained and declared “rejected” if:

  • Documents received after the given deadline.
  • Bidding documents received by email.
  • Not properly marked / sealed and or opened envelopes.

Only short-listed companies/firms shall be considered for the bid solicitation.

This pre-qualification does not entail any commitment on the part of HI, either financial or otherwise. HI reserve the right to accept or reject any or all prequalification documents / process without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds.

 

Submission:

  • The prequalification documents shall be submitted in a plain envelope clearly indicating:
    • Tender reference numbers
    • Market description
    • Market reference number
  • Applicants or interested parties who are applying for more than one category are requested to submit pre-qualification documents in a separate envelopes.
  • All submissions and documents shall be in printed format in English and  or translated in English (where necessary)
  • This process may be followed up by interviews and inspection of offices, samples, financial accounts, facilities and equipment prior to final short-listing.
