Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager is responsible for the project(s)’ implementation and quality. He/She suggests improvements and further developments. The four axis of the DM’s position are:
-Create Strategic plan for potential donor and donor Mapping.
-Lead communication with ODA Donor.
-Manage and organize meeting with donor.
-Ensure that ODA resources meet the development plan.
The activities currently and expected to be implemented are somewhat classical humanitarian Development plan– related. Particular attention needs to be taken in terms of:
-Proposal skills (written proposal, aware with donor language and template)
-Strong experience with project implementation.
-Strong relationship with donor (UNICEF, UNHCR, OCHA, USAID, WFD, EU, ECO...)
-Follow up of project's implementation.
-Organize and facilitate evaluation missions;
-Propose a technical approach and a financial, human and logistical scale for the programs to be implemented
