Reporting Lines
The intern will report to the
Programs Associate.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
o Attend meetings and take minutes
o Perform research at a supervisor’s request
o Assist in preparing information and research material
o Assist in developing content for different programs
o Assist in developing monitoring and evaluation tools
o Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
a. Interests:
The candidate should have high interest in children and adolescent health as well as monitoring and evaluation.
b. Experience:
Previous work with children and youth is an asset
c. Academic background:
Student or fresh graduate of a Masters of Public Health or Psychology degree
d. Skills
- Eager to learn and work- has a “can do it” attitude
- Enjoys working in a team
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Able to link theory to practice
- Analytical skills
- Ability to multitask
- Cope well under pressure
