POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Clinical Supervisor provide clinical supervision to Caritas Lebanon psychologists, in two different Primary Healthcare Centers.
DUTIES:
- Provide one on one technical support that involve psychologists into case discussion and analysis
- Ensure psychologists are providing effective and ethical services
- Contribute to the revision of Patient’s treatment plans, improvement and case closure
- Contribute to the decision-making process of ethical dilemmas arising during supervision
- Provide a summary report on the supervisory approach, general technical challenges, and recommendations

- Familiarity with different Psycho-therapeutic approaches and specialization in at least one of them: CBT, EMDR, Systemic Therapy, IPT, Psychoanalytical inspired approaches is a plus, etc…
- Proficient in English, French and Arabic both written and oral
Computer Skills
- Microsoft office – all applications
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- In-depth knowledge and 7 years of experience in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support clinical supervision
- Proven familiarity with the work of humanitarian organizations
