HR Admin Support

Job purpose/Background

To support our Human Resources department and as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.  This is an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic person interested in HR to “learn the business in Siren” and to progress further within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data collection systems to optimize data quality 
  • Screens applications;
  •  Sends offer letters to prospective employees.
  •  Performs data entry of pertinent personnel information on the HR system.
  • Open personnel files for new employees.
  • Review invoices sheets for SMEs
  • Maintain and update deployment schedule
  • Assist the HR Manager in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resume
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Brief the project personnel on policies and procedures
  • Ensures proper documentation and Personnel files are maintained electronic and hardcopy
  • Review ActiTime and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with the Administrative duties relating to new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Coordinate with employees to fill the insurance and Social Security papers
  • Other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.

 

Qualifications

Essential 

  •  2 to 3 years’ experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant rol
  • Cmputer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  •  Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  •  Good communication skills and attention to detail

Desirable

         Experience with HR software.
