Coordinate and Implement Field Activities
Review project schedule and facilitate the implementation of cash-related field activities with Line Manager
Oversee the conduction of household phone assessments and carry out the distribution of cards based on the defined criteria with the support of the project team and in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders and WVL internal departments
Organize the needed training for the team of casual workers in preparation to the households assessments and distributions
Lead on resolving all complaints from beneficiaries, as well as issues related to the timely payment
Ensure work is carried out as per the community needs and project standards
Set the weekly plan of all the field activities
Track the “target achieved vs indicators” and adjust field activities accordingly while ensuring the proper documentation of means of verification, visibility and financial compliance
Support in the administration, procurement and financial operations related to the project, specifically the hygiene promotion component
Support in the project reporting and tracking of financial expenditure
Timely implementation of project interventions to the target beneficiaries
Project progress is regularly and accurately reported to Line Manager for decision making and accountability
Correct targets are achieved on time

Establish Good Relationships with Community
Build and maintain healthy relationships with local actors covered in the project (municipality, local actors, FBOs, etc.)
Secure sites in the specified community/ies for the distribution of cards
Along with teams of casual workers, lead on the preparation of distributions (including scheduling), taking into consideration local context and sensitivities and in alignment to the project scope, guidelines and internal safety procedures
Good relationships are established with the host community
The context in which the project activities take place is thoroughly studied in order to avoid clashes or others issues in the field

Manage Casual Workers
Develop teamwork among casual workers, ensuring a conducive working atmosphere is created and opportunities provided to share lessons learned, experiences, observations and challenges to inform project management
Review and approve daily reports submitted by casual workers
Prepare weekly reports to the Line Manager
Ensure that the project’s implementation is on track based on the implementation plan
Project progress is regularly and accurately reported to Line Manager for decision making and accountability

Perform other duties as required
Attend and participate in capacity building trainings locally and internationally
Attend and participate in WVL’s spiritual nurture and other organizational events
Responsible of own security and actively contribute to a positive security culture
Abide by the security policies and procedures and report any incidents or breaches to line manager and / or security manager
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within an NGO context
Previous experience in leading a team
Relevant experience in relief and development project implementation, specifically in CASH
Has strong knowledge of core principles of Children Rights, Participation, Do No Harm, as well as SPHERE standards.
Previous experience in distribution of NFIs
Has strong knowledge about WASH in-kind distribution
Good organizational and time management skills.
Good written and oral communication skills (English and Arabic)
Proven ability to build capacity of partners/ stakeholders through formal trainings and informal job shadowing and mentoring
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to cope and work under pressure.
Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural and difficult / sensitive contexts.
Ability to review and write reports
Ability to manage data effectively

Position requires willingness and ability to continue to function during a crisis situation, including during a World Vision response to a manmade or natural disaster.
