QA/QC Officer

The QA/QC Officer’s responsibilities include:

• Develop QM policy and systems in line with the requirements and expectations of the NMAS and other stakeholders;
• Define clear quality objectives, relevant to the scope, measurable and consistent with the organization’s quality policy;
• Ensure that the needs and expectations of the donors with regard to efficiency and cost effectiveness are met;
• Ensure that the needs and expectations of the NMAS with regard to all aspects of safety, QA and QC are met;
• Conduct spot checks and field visits to assess the compliance with the SOPs and policies;
• Conduct pre-clearance and post-clearance inspections and ensure that clearance requirements are met;
• Conduct Quality control visits to at the searched areas;
• maintain documentation of all QC, nonconformity and corrective actions records;
• Follow up on the approval and implementation of the required corrective actions;
• Provide recommendations to management and operation teams for quality improvement;
