Translator for webarticles and a publication

The project New Reflections on Media and Migration will bring together participants from across the fields of journalism and civil society who in different ways work with refugees and migration. The aim is to invite people to view exile and migration in a different way, through self-reflection and critical media analysis. This will put participants in a position to produce better, more just and equal, reporting and documentation of the issue of migration, without reproducing stereotypes and narrow notions.

Two of the outcomes of the project are:

- to publish training outcomes and reflections, in order to have them accessible for a bigger audience.

- to publish a serie of articles on Mashallah News website on the topic of migration

Scope of work

Jibal is looking for a translator with storytelling skills to translate these items. The publication will be around 40 pages, and the five articles will be around 2200 words. The translation will be from English to Arabic.
