POSITION OBEJCTIVE:
The Field Coordinator is responsible for the smooth implementation of projects, activities, logistics, human resources, administration and security procedures on the field
DUTIES
- Supervise and evaluate activities on the field
- Propose and implement plans of work after the discussion of strategies and getting the approval of the Project Coordinator
- Contribute to establishing and implementing operational work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans for ongoing project
- Assign tasks to staff members with the coordination of the Senior Social Worker of allocated area and provide follow up and guidance
- Facilitate the implementation of the project under the supervision of the Project Coordinator
- Contribute in ongoing field assessments and data collection as required
- Ensure that data is accurately collected on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Provide information and advice for the centers
- Collaborate with partners and other agencies when required
- Ensure quality implementation of project through regular visits to the centers
- Monitor the execution of projects on the field and support staff in assigned project‐based work
- Send weekly and monthly reports to the Project Coordinator, Heads of Departments and/or donors involved
- Participate in all coordination meetings, and prepare minutes of meeting
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients, staff and agency information
- Receive and accompany donors during field visits
- Prepare the schedules with the Project Coordinator and Heads of Departments involved
- Coordination with NGO partners
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

- Software applications required for daily operations
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- 3 to 6 years of experience preferably in management/administration sector
- Experience with NGO is a plus
- Lebanon
