Watchman - حارس

MSF introduction:

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people in 70 countries who are affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation and our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of neutrality and impartiality.

Our project focuses on providing medical and mental health care to Migrant Workers in the country.

مقدمة عن منظمة أطباء بلا حدود:

منظمة أطباء بلا حدود (MSF) هي منظمة إنسانية طبية دولية ومستقلة تقدم المساعدات الطارئة للأشخاص في 70 دولة المتضررين من النزاعات المسلحة والأوبئة والكوارث الطبيعية والاستبعاد من الرعاية الصحية. تقدم منظمة أطباء بلا حدود المساعدة للأشخاص على أساس الحاجة، بغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو الجنس أو الانتماء السياسي، وتسترشد أفعالنا بأخلاقيات مهنة الطب ومبادئ الحياد وعدم التحيز.

يركز مشروعنا على توفير الرعاية الصحية والعقلية للعمال المهاجرين في البلاد.

Responsibilities:

MSF is looking for Watchman to carry out surveillance and guarding activities in MSF facilities, according to MSF protocols and security rules, in order to ensure the safety and security of all mission's personnel and premises.

الهدف الرئيسي للمنصب:

تبحث منظمة أطباء بلا حدود عن حارس لتنفيذ أعمال المراقبة والحراسة في مرافق منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، وفقًا لبروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وقواعد الأمن، من أجل ضمان سلامة وأمن جميع أفراد البعثة ومبانيها.

Accountabilities:

• Surveying the MSF premise's access and guides people to reception within authorized hours. Contacts administration team for authorizing people access.
• Watching MSF premises and property's perimeter fence through regular patrols. never leaving the post unattended.
• Organizing the parking space and access through gate. Assisting in parking of MSF vehicles within the premises’ parking space.  
• Checking that the doors and windows are locked, and lights are off when people leave premises. Checking that security lights are working properly and informing line manager of any possible problems.
• Keeping outdoor area within MSF premises clean and tidy (ex. empty dustbins, sweep paths, etc.) and performs general maintenance activities of the garden (ex. cut grass, maintain flower beds, prune trees if necessary, etc.).
• Maintaining watchmen's torch and other lighting tools, returning used batteries and keeping the necessary supply of spare batteries.
• Ensuring the correct functioning of generator and water pumps (starting, switching off, record sheet of operating hours and maintenance) as well as the correct use of extinguishers (being aware of their location.
• Informing line manager of arrival of any materials before unloading and helping MSF staff carry heavy items, if necessary.
• Informing the line manager of any problems that arise in the course of the work
• Assisting logistics department for any related work needed.

المسؤوليات:

•  مسح دخول مقر منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وتوجيه الناس إلى مكتب الاستقبال في ضمن الساعات المصرح بها. الاتصال بفريق الادارة المعنية للسماح للأشخاص الدخول.

•  مراقبة مباني منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والسياج المحيط بالممتلكات من خلال دوريات منتظمة. عدم ترك الموقع دون رقابة.

•  تنظيم المواقف والدخول من خلال البوابة. المساعدة في وقوف سيارات أطباء بلا حدود داخل أماكن وقوف السيارات المخصص.

• التحقق من أن الأبواب والنوافذ مقفلة، وأن الأضواء مطفأة عند مغادرة الأشخاص للمباني. التحقق من أن مصابيح الأمان تعمل بشكل صحيح وإبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي مشاكل محتملة.

•  الحفاظ على المنطقة الخارجية لمباني منظمة أطباء بلا حدود نظيفة ومرتبة (مثل إبقاء صناديق القمامة فارغة وتنظيف المسارات وما إلى ذلك) وإجراء الصيانة العامة للحديقة (مثل قطع العشب وصيانة أحواض الزهور وتقليم الأشجار إذا لزم الأمر وما إلى ذلك).

•  صيانة مصباح الحراسة وأدوات الإنارة الأخرى وإعادة البطاريات المستعملة والاحتفاظ بالبطاريات الاحتياطية اللازمة.

•  الحرص على الأداء الصحيح للمولدات ومضخات المياه (بدء التشغيل ، إيقاف التشغيل ، سجل ساعات التشغيل والصيانة) وكذلك الاستخدام الصحيح لأجهزة الإطفاء (مع العلم بموقعه).

•  إبلاغ المدير المباشر بوصول أي مواد قبل تفريغها ومساعدة طاقم منظمة أطباء بلا حدود في حمل الأشياء الثقيلة، إذا لزم الأمر.

•  إبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي مشاكل تنشأ في سياق العمل.

•  مساعدة قسم اللوجستي لأي عمل مطلوب ذي صلة.

Qualifications:

Education

• None is required, desirable literacy

Experience

• None is required, desirable previous experience as watchman and previous experience with NGOs.

Languages       

• Arabic speaking is Mandatory;
• English speaking would be an asset.

خبرات سابقة:

•  لا شيء مطلوب، يفضل أن تكون هنالك خبرة سابقة في العمل كحارس وخبرة سابقة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية.

اللغات:

• التحدث باللغة العربية إلزامي.
• التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية سيكون إضافة.
