Project coordinator

- Maintain and monitor project plans, expenditures and budgets as per the approved timeline and in compliance with AVSI and donor’s procedures;

- Draft monthly and quarterly reports as per the donor’s requirements;

- Provide guidance and support to the Livelihood team for the elaboration of the operational work plan and its implementation;

- Organize field visits and regular meetings with the team to ensure proper implementation of the project activities;

- Ensure a daily follow-up and monitoring with the field staff in the different areas of implementation.

- Lead and supervise the coordination with partners (Ministry of Agriculture, target groups etc.), to implement and monitor the project.

- Facilitate the communication and cross-cutting activities among different sectors/departments (M&E, Outreach etc.)

- Be the lead Focal point for the intervention on the field;

- Attend and participate in stakeholder’s meetings

- Undertake project tasks as required by the project manager.
