Accountability Coordinator

Evaluate the newly designed Accountability System

Evaluate the Accountability system for all World Vision Lebanon (WVL) programs (Information sharing, consultation, participation, feedback and complaint mechanism)

Work with the MEAL manager to find technological solutions/ platforms to attend to calls received through the hotline.

Work closely with the IT team to launch the new platform, ensure proper roll out of the new platform and evaluate its efficiency

Support CRM administrator and Accountability Officer in ensuring that complaints and feedback are handled adequately

Coordinate with different departments to ensure complaints are handled well

Set up adequate system for internal and external referrals

Coordinate with Senior MEL coordinators in order to ensure Accountability is included in new proposals (indicators, budgeting issues, activities, etc.).

Ensure Reporting and Networking

Compile and submit timely reports on a monthly basis and ensure coordination with the MEAL team members for accurate dissemination

Attend project and other NGOs meeting / training and jointly develop activity plans.

Manage Staff Performance

Oversee the work of the Community Response mechanism (CRM) Administrator and Accountability officers ensuring that the tasks are completed properly.

Ensure optimization of subordinates potentials through coaching, on-the-job training, and capacity building

Effectively manage the performance of direct reports ensuring performance agreements, regular performance discussions, and annual appraisal are done.

Perform other duties as required

Attend and participate in WVL’s spiritual nurture and other organizational events

Responsible of own security and actively contribute to a positive security culture

Report CP incidents as per the safeguarding policy guidelines.

Abide by the security policies and procedures and report any incidents or breaches to line manager and / or security manager

Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

Required Professional Experience

2 years of experience in a similar job

Previous Experience in Staff Management

Creative and able to come up, embrace and coordinate innovative thinking, and problem solving skills

Good analytical and writing skills

Good interpersonal skills and, abilities to work as a team.

Excellent organizational and analytical, skills.

Cross –cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.

Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment

Computer literacy; Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Required Education,

training, license,

registration, and

certification

University degree in a field related to Social , business administration

Required to have minimum 2 years driving license
