Anera is seeking professional service providers for print material and stationery supplies to support the implementation of its project activities and administrative work in Lebanon.
Description:
The objective is to have an Long Term Agreement (LTA) -one year- with a service provider(s) in one or more of the following locations: Beirut, Tripoli, Akkar (Halba), Bekaa (Zahle), Saida and Tyr.
Bidders Eligibility: A Bidder shall meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in Anera procurement of Services:
All bidding vendors must be registered in the Ministry of Finance (with a copy of the Commercial registration /VAT)
The bidder has a minimum of five years of good working experience in the requested service in Lebanon (Please fill Annex 1 and 1.1).
The bidder has the capability to deliver all the requested items/services within two working days.
The bidder shall ensure the availability of the attached items upon request from Anera .
The bidder shall ensure that the price will be fixed during the LTA.
