Fe-Male is a civil feminist collective working with women and girls to eliminate injustice through building young feminist movement, empowering agents of change, and campaigning together against discriminatory norms and policies.
Fe-Male is seeking a highly qualified consultant to conduct a research on a topic related to SRHR in Lebanon. The research should be completed by the end of May 2021.
Under the direct supervision of Fe-Male, the consultant will:
1. Prepare a general overview, executive summary, background and analysis from a feminist perspective on the topic
2. Undertake a desk research process to collect information and data
3. To get key data and inputs to guide public messaging and campaigning
4. Prepare policy reccomendations and suggest relevant advocacy interventions
5. Produce final research with key findings and recommendations
6. Produce a 2-3 pager summary report of the research including policy paper
7. The research needs to be conducted and produced in Arabic language

- More than 5 years of experience in research, including collecting and analyzing data from interviews, surveys, FGDs, etc, policy work and advocacy
- Knowledge in the topics related to gender and SRHR;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic;
- A strong sense of ethics and moral values is necessary when doing research;
- Gender-sensitive and familiarity with the human rights and feminist work approach.
