Mental Health PSS Facilitator (National Candidates Only - Bekaa)

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating with the PSS activities and the Case Management to identify men, women, caregivers, and youth facing PSS challenges and in-need of support group activities (internal referrals), and forming support groups for these individuals
• Facilitate and encourage a safe, confidential, and peer-supportive environment among group participants
• Establish rapport/trust with the community and group members
• Ensure confidentiality.
• Maintain the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).
• Provide lessons learned from the field and suggest improvements regarding the activities’ implementation.
• Refer CP, GBV and youth with special needs cases to the case manager for a professional intervention and follow up (direct intervention and/or external referral as needed).

• Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program.
