Building Resilient and Vibrant Environments (BRAVE) is a one-year project implemented by ARCPA/ AL-JANA in cooperation with 7 local organizations and with funding from UNICEF. BRAVE operates across Lebanon, including Palestinian refugee camps and gatherings, providing holistic interventions targeting Palestinian children, adolescents, youth, and the wider community suffering from marginalization irrespective of where they reside across Lebanon. Through this project, a number of activities are implemented to encompass life skills training; support for youth-led initiatives; protection; psychosocial support; focused and specialized MHPSS and allied health services; parenting skills; and community awareness with focus on the COVID-19 pandemic, non-violent behaviors, and girls and women empowerment. To help it expand its reach, ARCPA is seeking two additional sub-partners to implement youth empowerment activities in Nahr El Bared camp and South Palestinian gatherings, with focus on the provision of life skills and digital skills. Eligible applicants:
- The maximum grant offered by the " BRAVE" project is $ 20,000.
- The duration of the submitted project should not exceed 6 months.
- Be legally registered organization and has a bank account under the name of the organization (Please, attach the registration papers and the bank account details)
- Have an annual budget of less than 50,000 USD (Please, attach the audit financial report)
- Be a youth oriented organization
- Propose a project that targets youth in the age of 14 to 24
- Be established since or prior to 2019
- Have a physical center in the specified locations (Nahr El Bared camp and South Palestinian gatherings)
