Job Overview

CodeBrave is recruiting a Tech Lead for CodeBrave Tutors, a new initiative providing online coding & robotics tutoring to students in the UK, the Gulf and beyond. CodeBrave Tutors generates income to fund our core work - teaching coding and robotics to underprivileged children in Lebanon. 

Candidates should have a background in tech and interest in growing their management skills within an exciting and ambitious start-up. Preference will be given for candidates who also have business development background.

Areas Of Responsibility

The Tech Education Manager’s duties will include:

Business Development: Lead the growth of CodeBrave Tutors business through identified and nurturing partnerships and clients

Curriculum: Oversee the design of the coding and robotics curriculum

Management: Supervise the word of the Web Developer, Administrative and Accounting Assistant, Teachers and Marketing Lead

Funding: Support with proposal writing for social enterprise grants and kickstarters

Culture: Demonstrate CodeBrave’s organizational culture through your behaviour; Deliver Culture trainings alongside the Director

HR: Conduct second round interviews alongside the Director
 

Salary

1500-2000 USD (fresh) per month depending on experience.
