Years of experience:
- 10 cumulative years of experience in:
- General management and administrative policy and procedures;
- Governance either with a national or local institution or with development organisations;
- Customer services improvement;
- Developing and advising on complaint mechanisms, civic engagement and feedback loop mechanisms or any other accountability governance mechanisms;
- Business process development and quality assurance policy and standards;
- Facilitation skills, ideally with experience facilitating consultations and workshops on complaint mechanisms.
Work Modality
This consultancy is a home-based assignment. The consultant will conduct his work from home with frequent visits program to WEs sites and UNICEF head-office and zonal offices, as needed and required. This consultancy is results and performance-based assignment.
The consultant must submit weekly progress report until the end of the assignment. At the end of the assignment, the consultant must submit a final report with all required documents and materials described in this ToR.
Responsibilities
The consultant will be reporting to WASH Specialist (Communication and Engagement) and to Directors Generals of Water Establishments under the technical guidance and mentorship of WASH Specialist (Communication and Engagement).
The consultant is accountable and responsible for the deliverables outlined in the ToR that will be monitored and approved by WASH Specialist (Communication and Engagement) and Directors Generals of Water Establishments.
