Human Resources Assistant

Background: The human resources department handles a range of different functions. The department is responsible for recruitment and staff development, Compensation and benefits, Employee relations and maintaining employment laws as well support organization change.

Job Purpose:

The HR assistant will be supporting in all ongoing tasks giving a maximum support to the HR Coordinator and both HR Senior officers in Lebanon.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in setting up the interviews and follow-up with hiring manager to ensure a smooth process.
  • Responsible for providing support to the recruiter in conducting background checks as part of the on-boarding process.
  • Preparing all the documents needed during the recruitment phase.
  • Assist in the interviewing when needed.
  • Ensure proper filing system as per the guidelines and procedures set at the HR department.
  • Follow-up on the needed backup for employees’ files and ensure all files are maintained on the HR database.
  • Provide the support to ensure all HR documentation are maintained

Competency :

  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
