Project Manager

Tasks

Create, improve and expand data gathering tools and templates including questionnaires and surveys.

Analyze multiple datasets to produce specialized and tailored policy recommendations for a wide range of institutions.

Process large amounts of data and use statistical analysis software.

Coordinate a team of researchers to harvest, encode, and archive data. 

Provide both quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluate existing programming to meet revised standards.

Provide regular updates and participate in team meetings when needed.

Abide by the Helem’s rules, regulations, policies and bylaws

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

An advanced degree in gender studies, human resource management, organizational psychology, management, and/or public policy.

Previous experience working on labor rights, workplace equality, economic empowerment, and/or diversity and inclusion.

Previous experience working on gender, sexuality, and/or marginalized communities.

Previous experience in research methods, including producing evidence-based policy research and recommendations. 

Previous experience in working with or managing a team of researchers.

Ability to work under pressure and within strict timelines.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluency in verbal and written Arabic and English 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SPSS, Minitab, Stata, and any other statistical analysis software.
