Medair is an international NGO that started working in Lebanon in 2012. After the Beirut Port Blast, Medair responded with a Shelter and MHPSS based program. The aim of our mental health and psycho-social team right now is to provide psychosocial support to those living in affected areas. For that reason, Medair is looking to recruit volunteers that will be assisting the MHPSS team in the implementation of these psychosocial support activities. They will be attending a Supportive Communication and PFA training. Training will take place on June 3, 4, 7, 8 & 9.
Person Specification:
We are looking for people who either have a background in psychology, social work, or a related field OR who has experience volunteering.
