- Mapping and assessing potential beneficiaries to the relevant project’s activities
- Register and enroll adolescents in the project activities
- Disseminate information related to services for Syrian refugees and host communities
- Establish peer to peer groups
- Mobilize communities to participate in awareness sessions and community events
- Participate and collaborate in other activities conducted in the center when needed
- Mobilize stakeholders and community members to attend training and capacity building opportunities

- Facilitate FPSS sessions with children and adolescents
- Plan and prepare logistics for all center-based and mobile activities
- Full coordination with the project coordinator to ensure proper implementation of the project. Plan, organize and run activities with children and adolescents while facilitate and encourage their participation
- Ensure activities run in a timely manner to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
- Deal with difficult behaviors (conflict, aggressiveness, introversion) and understand the reason behind the behavior to positively communicate with the situation.
- Ensure Children under her/his responsibility are not exposed to any form of Harm or stress during the activities
- Organize with key leaders, stakeholders and caregivers' community events and initiatives
- Collect data on the activities organized and ensure that all the relevant forms are duly filled
- Identify key protection issues or threats affecting children and adolescents and raise it to the coordinator
- Refer protection and GBV cases to the social worker of the project
- Ensure all project means of verifications (MOV) including attendance sheets, pre posttests, evaluation documents… are in place.
- Fill and archive specific forms for referrals and weekly reporting, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Knowledge and abilities
- Candidates must have skills in working with children of all ages and social groups;
- High integrity in social interactions.
- Two-year work experience in implementing focused psychosocial activities with children.
- Knowledge about child Protection/GBV and life skills
- Skilled at working with local communities.
- Holder of driving license.
