SEE Change “Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Change “Consortium, funded by the EU, formed of Oxfam, Beyond Group, and COSV.  The project focuses on Social Entrepreneurship (SE) as a tool to support local development and enhance social stability. The consortium aims to strengthen SEs to respond to the social and economic situation in Lebanon and advance the legal and institutional framework for Social Entrepreneurship. Under See Change project, the consortium members will:

1. Provide tailored capacity development trainings for community members
2. Develop a community-led accountability framework for the SEs
3. Support community monitoring of the economic and social impact of the SEs
4. Develop an assessment criterion for the targeted SEs, Business modality and Social Impact
5. Provide financial and non-financial support to SEs
6. Develop social justice incubation program for new Initiatives of social start-ups
7. Asses the profiles, capacities, and needs of the Social Enterprise Support Organizations (SESOs)
8. Provide capacity development support to SESOs
9. Strengthening the networking and knowledge exchange between SESOs
10. Support the existing networks working on SE
11. Support the implementation of advocacy actions

The selected Videographer will:

• Develop a concept for the documentary and short videos
• Develop an action plan and Timeline for production over the project 3 years’ timeline.
• Prepare concept presentation methodology (Photos, interviews, short animation videos…)
• Prepare and execute the proposed and approved concept?  
• Provide high quality photos of the activities when applicable
• Follow Oxfam and EU’s guidelines

Qualifications

• Experienced in filming events and editing videos
• Working in diversify communities.
• Ability to provide high quality videos and photographs.
• Previous experience working with NGOs is preferable Working languages: Arabic and English
• Has access on own tools.
• Willing to travel to the field (North and Bekaa) including camps

Consultants should provide a quotation includes with samples of previous work and number of working days including daily rate and any other additional expenses. Applications not providing video and photo samples will not be considered.

Duration: June 2021 till End of August 2023

Number of Working Days: 60 working days to be distribute in agreement with the consultant
