  • ability to be able to monitor pupils ' progress electronically as they move through the school and liaise with the colleague over this. 
  • participate In hiring, managing, and developing academic staff.
  • develop and oversee the curriculum, instruction, and assessment programs.
  • collaborate in collecting, analyzing, creating, and revision of all academic data analysis and intervention programs.
