Human Resources Officer

Job Purpose: Responsible for implementation of human resources policies and practices, and to plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the human resources policies and procedures are implemented
    • Facilitate the policy development and implementation of the organization
    • Handle the national social security fund
    • Prepare monthly payroll and salaries
    • Monitor employees’ attendance and handle leave records
    • Answer to employee requests and prepare employee certificates upon their request
    • Handle recruitment process of candidates
    • Handle recruitment process of university students and volunteers
    • Maintain and update employees’ files including employee records, legal documents, NSSF documents, and other personal matters.
    • Maintain a proper filing system for all CV’s and applications
    • Handle employees’ insurance process including yearly quotation, distribution of cards, payments, and follow-up
    • Handle development and training process for employees
