Agile Project Leader,

Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, managing all the aspects of the project.
 Work on multiple projects in a concurrent fashion and manage timelines, scope, budget.
 Use the tools for Agile project management such as: Agile Modelling, Essential unified Process (EssUP), Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), Agile Unified Process (AUP) Open Unified Process (OpenUP) , Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP),Velocity tracking , Feature Driven Development (FDD) .
 Interact with the clients and understanding their requirements.
 Communicate, facilitate, and liaison between Business Relationship Managers, technical teams, and the client/partner for managing delivery of the project and communicating accordingly.
 Maintain status report of the project and keeps a record of the previous reports.
 Compile historical data available with the team and presents it for the reference of the senior officials and the team members working on the project.
 Present the status report of the project to the senior officials of the organization.
