Lot 1:

Consultant for supervising:

“The Drilling, Casing, and Testing of a Borehole in Ain-Bourday- Douris, Baalbek District”

This is to request a quotation to provide consultancy work to supervise borehole drilling, casing, and testing to support Douris municipality:

Work shall include but not limited to:

1. Support the tender process by providing technical expertise to the panel members during the selection of the Contractor.
2. Lead on the kick-off meeting with the Contractor and provides the Contractor with an issue for construction drawings (i.e. modified design drawings if applicable), advice on key monitoring milestones - After contractor selection, before work implementation.
3. Supervision of contractors throughout the implementation period.
4. Frequent monitoring visits to the project site and progress reports.
5. Provide updated Progress Certificate for agreed-upon milestones (in essence, BOQ updated, signed, and stamped if applicable) - After Project Implementation.
6. Support the inspection visit by local authorities (Water Establishment, Municipality, other partners, etc.) during handover - During project handover-

Lot 2:

“Preparing a Study (BOQ, Designs, and Specifications) for pumping line, distribution line, and all needed accessories at well and tank site in Al Bireh Village- Rachaya District”

This is to request a quotation to provide consultancy work (study) for a connection from the well to the reservoir and from the reservoir to the main network to support Al Bireh municipality:

Work shall include but not limited to:

1. Prepare a study (BOQ, drawings, and technical specification) for a pumping line from the existing well (about 1,200 meters’ length) to the existing water reservoir and from the water reservoir to the main network (about 1,700 meters in length).
2. Please detail how much time is needed to prepare the BOQ and design and technical specifications.
