Amideast/Lebanon is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for the Administration department. The Administration department is responsible for ensuring the organization’s achievement of the financial and administrative management objectives.
Position Description
The Customer Service Representative will provide effective customer service at the front desk, perform cashiering operations, and actively promote Amideast’s current programs and services to all visitors and callers. The Customer Service Representative will handle various responsibilities, which include:
Provide direct front-desk customer assistance in a friendly, helpful, timely and professional manner to ensure 100% client satisfaction
Welcome all callers and visitors in a helpful and courteous manner, direct all customer inquiries to appropriate departments, and address customer inquiries with accurate and proper information
Process customer cash transactions with 100% accuracy and in compliance with all organizational accounting procedures
Perform various administrative duties, including data-entry, filing, preparing the daily bulletin for staff, and maintaining courier records, to support effective operations
Handle book project to increase sales and safeguard inventory
Promote all programs and services to raise customer awareness and increase sales
Support any new initiatives or issues and provide support for urgent work of other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education or related field
2-3 years of experience in an administrative role in administration or similar field
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to perform all work assignments with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to take initiative, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent computer skills including MS Office; high proficiency in Excel is required
Willingness to work after hours, if needed
Lebanese citizenship
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
Available to start work as soon as possible
