- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR and Recruitment Director.
- Undertake administrative duties in connection with the preparation and issuing contracts/agreements of employment.
- Demonstrate organizational and administrative skills within an HR environment, and be able to work as an effective team player.
- Provide service to employees and applicants and respond to basic inquiries regarding employment, certification, NSSF forms, and/or benefits, and other personnel related questions.
- Draft job descriptions.
- Assist and follow up on the processing of terminations (Exiting Employee Checklist).
- Assist in the Training Orientation to the employees. Issue IDs for employees and make sure they put it all the time.
- Work in collaboration with the accounting department to follow up on the legal forms that need the employees’ signature.
- Keep updated info of the timetables of the teachers.
- Demonstrable communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work within and meet competing deadlines and to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Update HR records and databases relating to school employees.
- Deal with straightforward enquiries and give advice to the employee in the school.
- Update contact list of the employees at the school.
