HR Assistant

  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR and Recruitment Director.
  • Undertake administrative duties in connection with the preparation and issuing contracts/agreements of employment.
  • Demonstrate organizational and administrative skills within an HR environment, and be able to work as an effective team player.
  • Provide service to employees and applicants and respond to basic inquiries regarding employment, certification, NSSF forms, and/or benefits, and other personnel related questions.
  • Draft job descriptions.
  • Assist and follow up on the processing of terminations (Exiting Employee Checklist).
  • Assist in the Training Orientation to the employees. Issue IDs for employees and make sure they put it all the time.
  • Work in collaboration with the accounting department to follow up on the legal forms that need the employees’ signature.
  • Keep updated info of the timetables of the teachers.
  • Demonstrable communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work within and meet competing deadlines and to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Update HR records and databases relating to school employees.
  • Deal with straightforward enquiries and give advice to the employee in the school.
  • Update contact list of the employees at the school.
