Frame Agreement(s) may be established with initial duration of two (2) years, potentially extendable for one (1) additional year, subject to satisfactory performance. Contract(s) might be awarded to more than one bidder. To note that the purpose of this tender is to establish a passive frame agreement were conditions, specifications and rate will be fixed to be applied whenever UNHCR wish to engage into HVAC projects, therefore the estimated annual requirement of UNHCR for the goods/services is not determined yet.
