WeWorld-GVC, an Italian NGO working in North Bekaa and Akkar since 2012 on relief and development projects with Syrian refugees and hosting community, intends to launch a Negotiated Procedure (NP) in the framework of its mission to acquire the services for the Preparation of Technical Socio-economic and Environmental study for water harvesting intervention.
