Teachers-Akkar (Casual Worker)

Main tasks required:

• Register and enroll children in ECE/BLN/ABLN Classes.
• Delivering the CBECE curriculum or BLN/ABLN to children aging 5 or 8-14 and evaluating children progress through the use of MEAL tools
•  Work directly with children in a community center.
•  Ensure children’s safety and protection
•  Identify key protection threats affecting the children and raise them to the Team Leader.
•  Collect data on the activities organized and ensure that all the relevant forms are duly filled
•  Ensure all project means of verifications (MOV) including registration sheets, attendance sheets, evaluation documents… are in place.
•  Attend and participate in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure adherence to standards of care, quality education and referrals, and reporting requirements are followed
•  Attend and participate in local and international training and capacity building events as needed

Minimum requirements:

•  Bachelor degree in a social development related field, (kindergarten, psychology, sociology, social sciences/humanities, specialized education or social animation) or LT
• Lebanese Nationality
• Previous experience with children from 3 to 5 years old (within training certificates) or related academic studies.
• Capable of dealing with children who have experienced war distress
• Ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge in using social media applications.
