Livestock Care Training

 The training objectives and learning outcomes are:

1. To increase participants know-how and build capacities on handling farms and livestock  

• Farm: good livestock management, good hygiene practices and environmental practices includes natural resources management   
• Livestock focusing on cows: disease treatment and prevention, better milk-farming practices, cattle breeding includes feeding, good hygiene practices for the cattle/cows

2. To increase knowledge on the plantation of fodder crops as complementing/alternative to the livestock feed 
3. To sensitize the participants on the occupational safety and health measures in the dairy farms
