The Advocacy expert will help in technical and organizational support to formal and informal youth-led and women-led groups and organizations to strengthen their political awareness and advocacy skills within an inclusive environment where adolescent girls and women from different backgrounds are appropriately represented.
The Advocacy expert will perform activities in accordance with the program and project objectives set out below:
Training agenda and modules must cover the following: (1) introduction to Advocacy in the legal aspect i.e. S/GBV, human rights, civil documentation (2) how to tailor advocacy messages (3) advocacy strategies on different levels (4) online and grassroots advocacy campaigns phases (5) importance of creative content in advocacy (6) community mobilization and change of policy.
