Major Responsibilities:
Participating with the team in the recruitment of beneficiaries for psycho-social activities and caregivers’ support programs and other implemented activities.
Conducting PFA sessions and support in PSS sessions when needed to women and girls.
Recommending and referring a particular case to the best course of action including PSS or case management.
Refer women, men, boys and girls to needed services including health, PSS, CM, basic assistance, wash, shelter and other services.
Participating in evaluation focus groups and meetings.
Filling up daily, weekly and monthly forms and records (registration, monitoring, referrals and reporting on implementation) and reports in collaboration with other team members.
Participating in multidisciplinary teams and trainings/meetings such as PFA, GBV or mental health.
Conducting home visits when needed.
Initiate and implement activities and assessment when needed when required.
Entering and updating all social files on database
Accept referrals and ensure an appropriate response
Preparing and monitoring the attendance sheet of the beneficiaries
Sharing tools and materials when participating to meetings and trainings
Providing logistic support when needed: refreshment for beneficiaries, decoration, stock...
Update the service mapping in the target geographical areas.
Refer and coordinate with the team leader and project coordinator when needed.
Identify vulnerable children and caregivers in need of PSS in line with inter-agency selection criteria.
Maintain positive relations with local implementing actors, local authorities and other international and local stakeholders.
Participate in training as required (e.g. Safe Identification and Referral, Dealing with Disclosures, PFA, PSS, CM)
Previous work experience in emergency context
Support the inclusion of boys and girls with special needs.
Perform any other duties relating to the nature of the job as directed by the CP officer.
